Dr. Li Cao is the Director of the Orthopaedic Center in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, the Director of the Surgical Teaching and Research Department of Xinjiang Medical University, the chairman of the Orthopaedic Professional Committee of Xinjiang Medical Association, the chairman of the Orthopaedic Quality Control Center of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. He is the vice president of the Orthopaedic Surgeons Branch of The Chinese Medical Association, chairman of CHS, chairman of Asia-Pacific Arthroplasty Society (APAS).
